Construction has begun on the Inns at Armory Square, a 180-room Marriott Courtyard-Residence Inn in downtown Syracuse that is expected to be completed by May 2013.
Construction at 317 South Salina Street continues with 12 apartments being added to the upper floors and renovations occuring to the ground floor retail space. Units will be ready for occupancy by April 1.
KS&R has doubled their presence in downtown Syracuse, moving 185 employees from Dewitt to the Syracuse Building.
