This website is a project of the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the area bound by Interstate 81, Interstate 690, Onondaga Creek, and Adams Street.

This showcase was created to promote the vast number of developments taking place in the region, whether it's adaptive reuse of downtown's historic building stock for residential, commercial office or retail uses, or for hotel renovations. There is $180 million in development currently being invested into downtown Syracuse.
