Welcome to the Downtown Syracuse Development Showcase! This is your source for information on development projects in Downtown Syracuse. This website is a project of the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the area bound by Interstate 81, Interstate 690, Onondaga Creek, and Adams Street.

This showcase was created to promote the vast number of developments taking place in the region, whether it's adaptive reuse of downtown's historic building stock for residential, commercial office or retail uses, or for hotel renovations. Between 2008 and 2010, Downtown Syracuse will be seeing more than $300 million in investment to the district.

Downtown Syracuse thrives as an exciting, vibrant place to work, live, shop and be entertained. Here you can find out the details about developments taking place in the district!
