The Landmark Theatre celebrated its grand reopening following a $16 million stagehouse expansion project.
Bond, Schoeneck & King has signed a 15-year lease to remain at One Lincoln Center and will renovate their existing office space, as well as increase their leased space to 100,000 square feet.
Construction has begun on the Label Shopper Building on the 300 block of South Salina Street. The $2.5 million project will renovate the upper floors into 12 apartments and the ground floor into retail space.
