| Project Description:
350 Washington Associates, LLC plan to add 200 parking spaces to the current Atrium Garage. This will be accomplished by constructing one floor level of parking on top of the existing garage structure. The completed project will entail a structure with over 1,000 indoor parking spaces. Additionally, the facade will be revitalized and contain architectural detailing, finishes, and fenestration to compliment the historic buildings of Armory Square. |

A team of consultants and partners has been enlisted that will make the redevelopment of 350 Washington a success. This team includes Partnership Properties, Inc., John P. Stophen Structural Engineers, JCM Architectural Associates, and Robson Woese, Inc. who will provide LEED consulting services. |
